Our History
Taylor Insurance Services started with a simple belief: every employer, no matter their size, deserves the same great service as large companies. We pioneered the payroll-deduction concept in the late 1960s, making it easier for employees to afford and keep their coverage. Now, 56 years later, we serve over 82,000 lives across more than 500 accounts.
Starting 10 years ago we leveraged experience in the industry to create Spectrum Benefits, a complete turn-key solution for employers of any size. As more and more employers began enjoying the value of Sprectrum Benefits, Brokers clamored to use the program. As a general Agency supporting brokers, we grew exponentially. Now as the Program Manager of Spectrum Benefits, we can help employers across the country.

Chief Executive Officer — Trey leads our firm with a focus on new strategies. He holds a law degree from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree from Emory University. A Valdosta native, he’s dedicated to finding innovative solutions for healthcare challenges.
Tom Dorywalkski
V.P. Business Development — Tom is a plan design expert with a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. He’s been with us for over 15 years, helping design benefits programs that really work for our clients.
Robert Rodriguez
Chief Operating Officer — Robert ensures everything runs smoothly. He has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Valdosta State University and is focused on top-notch customer service and operations.
